The Mizen is one of
three peninsulas in West Cork and stretches from Ballydehob
westward for 25km (17 miles), encompassing the villages of Schull,
Toormore, Goleen and Crookhaven and ending at Mizen Head.

Our house is situated about one mile
northwest of Goleen Village and presents spectacular views of the
Atlantic Ocean and the offshore islands Cape Clear, Sherkin
Island, Long Island and Fastnet Rock with its famous lighthouse.

The covering can be completely removed on sunny days.

For
those colder days we have a roomy sauna with shower in a separate
wooden house, magnificent views included.
OK,
once and again it does rain here ...
...
but the sun reappears just as quick.
Then you can laze around on the "overpopulated" Barleycove
Beach with its large sand dunes.
